What is ADHD Coaching?

  • ADHD coaching can help people with ADHD make positive changes so they can reach potential

  • Coaching will not change people, coaching helps client's discover their innate potential, in line with ADHD strengths and challenges

  • The change occurs in self-awareness; building blocks of authentic strengths, values etc to anchor the strategies to overcome a client's ADHD challenges

  • ADHD friendly goal-setting pulls clients towards meaningful success, and celebrates successes

  • Neuroscience tells us that these techniques are very powerful for well-being

  • Coaching cannot succeed if the client lacks professional support for any emotional health issues, that may be a barrier for self management and coaching progress
